LeadingPilot is what we wished existed when we ran agencies that lost leads every weekend. Friday evening forms, Sunday-night DMs, Wednesday-3am demo requests. By Monday morning a faster competitor had already replied.
The story, briefly
We started in early 2026 as one of six product bets under Telvara Holdings Limited, a Liverpool-based holding company. The team built and sold two SaaS products before, in different categories, and kept hearing the same complaint from SMBs: the existing tools were enterprise-priced and seat-based. A 40-person agency couldn't justify $2,500 a month to qualify the 80 leads they got. So we built something that prices on the unit they actually think about (one qualified lead) and let you buy it like a tank of petrol, not a phone contract.
