One qualified lead costs 5 credits. The £10 / €10 / $10 / A$15 / ¥1,500 / AED 40 Starter is 50 credits, so 10 qualified leads. All credits expire 60 days after purchase or grant. A new top-up does not extend older credits. If we ever close the product, we refund anything unused.

Credit packs aren't refundable, used or not, but unused credits expire after 60 days. If we charged you twice or the wrong amount, email [email protected] with your order number and we'll refund the difference to your card.
