What does LeadingPilot actually do?

An AI replies to your inbound form submissions within about a minute. It asks 3 to 5 qualifying questions, scores the lead from 0 to 100, and either books a call or files it for you to read later. Runs 24/7. Including the moments you actually want to be asleep.

How does the AI know which questions to ask?

Every persona ships with a published rubric. The Agency persona, for example, asks about budget, timeline, decision authority, current stack, and what success looks like in six months. Each answer maps to a scoring line. You can edit any rubric in the workspace, or write your own persona. Plan about 20 minutes for someone who's used to writing job descriptions.

What do I need to get started?

Three things. An email, a payment method, and a website with a contact form. Paste one script tag before the closing body. We handle the rest.

Is there a free trial?

No time-limited trial. Instead, run unlimited example qualifications inside /app: same model, same rubric, your own sample input, zero credits spent. When you're ready to put it on real traffic, the €10 starter pack covers your first 10 leads.

What are credits and how do they work?

One qualified lead costs 5 credits. The €10 Starter is 50 credits, so 10 qualified leads. Credits don't expire, don't reset, don't disappear at month-end. They sit in your account until you spend them. If we ever close the product, we refund anything unused.

Billing

How does pricing work?

Six packs, €10 (50 credits) to €500 (6,000 credits). Bigger packs cost less per lead. Pay once, use whenever, no card stored unless you ask. We also offer an optional €49/month Growth Plan for teams that prefer monthly billing, but credits work fine on their own.

Do I need a subscription?

No. The Growth Plan exists because some finance teams want a fixed monthly line item. Every other plan is a one-off purchase: no card stored, no auto-renew, no quiet renewal email three months in.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, Amex. EUR, USD, or GBP at checkout. For invoices €250 or more we accept bank transfer. Email billing@leadingpilot.com and we'll send a Stripe invoice with VAT. We never see your card number; payment goes through Payit123 Solution.

Can I use a promo code?

Yes. Paste it on the checkout step. Current active codes: WELCOME10 (10% off), FIRST20 (20% off first purchase), LAUNCH15 (15%), SAVE5 (€5 fixed), VIP25 (by invitation, 25%).

How do refunds work?

Unused credits, refundable within 14 days. Email refunds@leadingpilot.com with your order number. We approve within two working days, the bank takes 5-10 more. Used credits aren't refundable since we already paid the LLM provider for them. Full text in the Refund Policy.

Delivery

How is the product delivered?

Credits appear in your /app dashboard within 5 seconds of payment. The receipt PDF arrives from billing@leadingpilot.com inside a minute. The qualification AI is live the moment you finish checkout. No setup wait, no onboarding call.

How quickly does the AI reply to a lead?

Engineering target is under 60 seconds. The hard ceiling is 90. If the LLM API slows above that we retry, and we don't charge credits on the failed attempt. In practice most replies are in the 6-12 second range.

Where do qualified leads end up?

Three places, at the same time. Your /app inbox with the full transcript. Your chosen webhook (Slack, HubSpot, Zapier, or any HTTPS endpoint you paste in). And your email inbox from noreply@leadingpilot.com. Pick whichever you actually read.

Data & Security

Is my data secure?

Yes. TLS 1.3 with HSTS preload on every page. Data sits in an EU-region Supabase project. Conversation transcripts default to 30-day retention. You can shorten that to 24 hours in /app/settings if you'd rather we hold less.

Do you share my data with third parties?

Only the processors needed to deliver the service. The LLM provider (Anthropic, via Kie.ai, EU region). The payment processor (Payit123 Solution). The email sender (Resend). All under DPAs. We don't sell data, we never have, and the Privacy Policy lists every recipient by name.
