LeadingPilot

Terms of Service

Last updated 19 May 2026

These terms govern your use of LeadingPilot. By creating an account, you agree to them. Plain-English summary: pay for credits, qualify leads, don't do illegal things with the output. Disputes are heard in England and Wales.

01Who we are

LeadingPilot is operated by Telvara Holdings Limited, a company registered in the United Kingdom under company number 17175891, with its registered office at 27 Crofton Road, No. 6, 1st Floor, Liverpool, England, L13 5UJ. You can reach us at support@leadingpilot.com or +44 123 456 7890.

02Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use LeadingPilot. If you are using LeadingPilot on behalf of a business, you confirm that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

03Account registration

One account per email address. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for any activity under your account. Don't share accounts; if you need multiple seats, contact us about team plans.

04Credit purchases and usage

Credits are bought outright; they are not a subscription. One qualified lead consumes five credits. Credits do not expire and do not reset monthly. They remain in your account until spent.

The Growth Plan is a separate, optional product. You can cancel the Growth Plan at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month. The optional plan does not affect credits already purchased standalone.

05Acceptable use

You may not use LeadingPilot to send unsolicited bulk messages, harvest contact information from third parties, or qualify leads for prohibited products including firearms, controlled substances, sexually explicit material, or gambling.

Specifically: LeadingPilot may not be used to generate academic writing, essays, theses, or any other content intended to misrepresent the authorship of academic work. LeadingPilot may not be used to produce content that infringes a third party's intellectual property rights.

06Intellectual property

You own your leads, your messages, your scoring rubrics, and any data you bring to LeadingPilot. We own the LeadingPilot software and the underlying systems. We claim no rights over the contents of your qualification conversations beyond the limited licence needed to run them through the service and store them for the retention period in the Privacy Policy.

07User responsibilities

You are responsible for GDPR / UK GDPR compliance regarding the leads you process. That includes having a lawful basis for contacting them, honouring opt-out requests, and providing privacy notices to your prospects. We are the data processor; you are the controller.

08Refunds and disputes

Unused credits are refundable within 14 days of purchase. See the Refund Policy for the detail. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in account suspension pending review.

09Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Account deletion removes your data per the timing in the Privacy Policy. Unused credits are refundable on termination, subject to the Refund Policy.

10Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost opportunities.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms.
