Marketplace Terms

Last updated 13 June 2026

These terms govern your use of the LeadingPilot expert marketplace and template store, where you can hire independent professionals and install reusable assets. They sit alongside our main Terms of Service. Plain-English summary: experts are independent providers, not LeadingPilot employees; we run the platform, handle the money, and help resolve disputes, but the expert does the work and is responsible for it.

01About the marketplace

The LeadingPilot marketplace is operated by Telvara Holdings Limited, a company registered in the United Kingdom under company number 17175891, registered office 27 Crofton Road, No. 6, 1st Floor, Liverpool, England, L13 5UJ. It connects LeadingPilot customers with independent providers who offer fixed-scope services (setup, persona tuning, CRM integration, conversion work) and with reusable templates (AI personas, scoring rubrics, playbooks). Contact us at support@leadingpilot.com.

02We are an intermediary

Experts on the marketplace are independent third-party providers. They are not employees, agents, or partners of LeadingPilot, and LeadingPilot does not perform the services they sell. The contract for a service is between you and the expert; the contract for a template is a licence between you and the template's author.

LeadingPilot provides the platform, takes payment, applies its platform fee, holds funds until work is approved, and offers a dispute process. LeadingPilot does not guarantee any particular outcome, result, or increase in conversion from any service or template.

03Eligibility and accounts

You must be 18 or older and have a LeadingPilot account to buy on the marketplace. If you act for a business, you confirm you have authority to bind it. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

04Ordering expert services

When you request expert help or accept a quote, an order is created with an agreed scope, price, and delivery time. The expert accepts the order, you pay through LeadingPilot, the expert delivers, and you review and approve the work. Only then is the order marked complete.

Read each service's deliverables, required inputs, revision policy, and exclusions before ordering. Provide the access and information the expert reasonably needs; delays caused by missing inputs are not the expert's responsibility.

05Templates and digital assets

Installing a template grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it within your LeadingPilot workspace. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish a template as your own. Persona and rubric templates create a business profile in your workspace; other templates provide content you apply yourself.

Templates are provided on an "as is" basis. LeadingPilot reviews templates before they are published but does not warrant that any template will produce a particular result for your business.

06Pricing, payment and platform fees

Prices are shown before you commit and include any applicable taxes where required. You pay LeadingPilot, not the expert directly. LeadingPilot deducts a platform fee from the expert's earnings and remits the balance to the expert; the fee does not increase the price you pay.

Payment is processed through our payment provider. LeadingPilot never stores your card details. Paying an expert or template author outside the platform is prohibited and removes your protection under these terms.

07Refunds, cancellations and chargebacks

Cancellation and refund rights, including your statutory rights as a UK consumer, are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy. In short: you can cancel an order before work begins; once an expert has started or a template has been installed, refunds are assessed case by case, primarily where work was not delivered or was materially not as described. Raising a chargeback without contacting us first may lead to account suspension pending review.

08Reviews

Reviews can only be left by a customer on a completed order or installed template. There are no anonymous or unverified reviews. Reviews must be honest. Fake, incentivised, or retaliatory reviews, and any attempt to manipulate ratings, are prohibited and may result in removal of the review and suspension of the account responsible.

09Disputes

If something goes wrong with an order, raise it with the expert first through the order messages. If you cannot resolve it, open a dispute and LeadingPilot will review the order, the deliverables, and the messages, and decide a fair outcome, which may include a full or partial refund or release of payment to the expert.

LeadingPilot's decision on a dispute is made in good faith as the platform operator and does not affect your statutory rights or your right to pursue the expert directly.

10How experts are ranked

The expert directory is ordered by a transparent ranking score based on platform signals: certification tier, verified review ratings, and the number of completed orders. Higher certification, better-rated work, and more completed orders rank an expert higher. Any paid or promoted placement, if offered in future, will be clearly labelled. The signals that make up an expert's rank are shown on their profile.

11Prohibited services and conduct

The marketplace is for services and assets that help businesses qualify and convert inbound leads. It may not be used to buy or sell, and providers may not offer: anything unlawful; scraping, harvesting, or purchase of personal data; spam or unsolicited bulk messaging services; services for firearms, controlled substances, sexually explicit material, or gambling; academic-misconduct content; or anything that infringes a third party's intellectual-property rights.

You may not use the marketplace to solicit experts off-platform, to circumvent platform fees, or to post another person's confidential information.

12Intellectual property

You keep ownership of the materials and data you provide to an expert. Unless your order agreement says otherwise, the deliverables an expert creates specifically for you are licensed to you for your own business use. Templates remain the intellectual property of their author, licensed to you as set out above. The LeadingPilot platform, software, and brand remain ours.

13Data protection

Where you share workspace data, lead data, or access with an expert to deliver an order, you remain the data controller for that data and the expert acts as your processor or sub-processor for that engagement. Experts are bound by confidentiality and data-handling obligations in the Provider Agreement. Our handling of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

14Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadingPilot's total liability to you arising from the marketplace is limited to the platform fees LeadingPilot earned on the order or template in question. LeadingPilot is not liable for the acts or omissions of independent experts, for any outcome of a service or template, or for indirect or consequential loss.

15Suspension and termination

LeadingPilot may suspend or remove access to the marketplace where these terms are breached, where there is fraud or abuse, or where required to protect customers, experts, or the platform. You may stop using the marketplace at any time; open orders and any payment obligations survive.

16Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; changes take effect when published here. Continued use of the marketplace after a change means you accept the updated terms.

17Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. This does not affect your mandatory rights as a consumer.
